Partner with the Store Manager to drive store sales, control shrink and payroll, coach and develop assistant managers and stylists, execute merchandising and visual standards, recruit and onboard talent, analyze KPIs to inform store operations, and maintain a clean, customer-focused store environment.

The Co-Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, productivity, shrink control, payroll compliance, expenses, merchandising, and store operations. They lead, coach, recruit, onboard, and develop a team of up to 25 employees while delivering excellent customer experiences. The role also involves KPI analysis, issue resolution, policy compliance, visual standards, inventory and merchandise handling, and maintaining a clean, organized store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Support and manage all store operations including sales, loss prevention, payroll, and expenses. Coach and motivate staff to meet sales and KPI goals, enforce company policies and visual standards, oversee hiring and training, maintain housekeeping and safety, handle deposits and keys, and control shrink. Provide customer service and resolve issues to protect company assets and drive store profitability.
