Own Windsor.ai’s influencer and affiliate growth engine by sourcing and managing creators, analysts, and affiliate partners; negotiating deals and commissions; operating partner onboarding, tracking, payouts, and portfolio health; executing campaigns; and measuring signups, pipeline, revenue, and ROI. The role requires hands-on ownership of both in-house influencer and affiliate programs, preferably within B2B SaaS, martech, or subscription businesses.

Own product strategy and roadmap as the first Product Manager. Prioritize customer and business needs, analyze usage and funnel data, collaborate closely with engineering, make informed tradeoffs, and ship SaaS product improvements. The role requires prior experience launching and iterating on paid SaaS products, technical fluency, independent decision-making, and comfort working asynchronously in a distributed team.

Own and build Windsor.ai’s content function, including content strategy, editorial planning, technical content creation, writer and freelancer management, editing, and quality control. Develop content about SaaS marketing, data integrations, APIs, ETL, analytics, and dashboards. Analyze organic traffic, search rankings, and signup attribution to optimize content performance and drive pipeline growth.
