Demonstrate and position integrations with Salesforce and Raiser's Edge NXT while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasting. Success requires consistent quota attainment, executive communication, rigorous qualification, and strong relationship-building.

Configure customer accounts, map datasets, monitor data delivery and account health, troubleshoot support issues, and support analytics workflows. Maintain accurate records in Pylon and Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams on bugs and product feedback, and proactively resolve customer issues. The role requires strong communication, data handling, CRM familiarity, attention to detail, and effective prioritization in a SaaS environment.

Own the customer lifecycle for a B2B SaaS data platform, including onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Configure and integrate the product, troubleshoot technical and data issues, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and manage executive relationships. The role also develops scalable engagement processes, supports enablement and documentation, and contributes to customer solutions strategy and product effectiveness.
