Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers focused on the nonprofit vertical. Own accounts, drive onboarding, adoption, expansion and executive engagement, build playbooks and processes, coach for ROI-driven outcomes, influence product roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to scale customer success.

The Product Operations Analyst aggregates data for analysis, creates visualizations and slide decks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve product insights and operations.

In this role, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer experience, drive growth, and develop strategic initiatives for client engagement.
