Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, ownership changes, cancellations, account updates, and ongoing support. Coordinate with merchants, sales, compliance, acquiring product, and technical support teams; collect documentation; obtain AML/KYC information; deactivate services; update Payline records; and resolve customer inquiries. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, payment-card knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage overdue customer accounts across international operations, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, issue payment reminders, collect and allocate payments, resolve invoice queries, and maintain accurate records. The role involves working toward collection targets, collaborating with Sales and international teams, escalating problematic accounts, and independently managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
