Manage and onboard business accounts, respond to commercial queries, educate customers on products and features, upsell/cross-sell services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report on key metrics to drive improvements.

Drive new business and partnerships across unattended, ecommerce, EFTPOS and merchant channels. Build and manage partner relationships, generate pipeline through outreach and events, deliver solution-based sales presentations, and support product deployment and first-line assistance while representing Windcave.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for resource-constrained microprocessors using C (C++ a plus). Work with low-level protocols (UART, SPI, USB), TCP/IP and serial communications, RTOS and multithreaded code. Read hardware schematics/datasheets, integrate with Bluetooth and higher-level OSs (Embedded Linux/AOSP) as needed; collaborate in a hybrid team environment.
