Coordinates domestic and international shipments, prepares shipping documentation, manages courier deliveries, processes returns, maintains stock records, and resolves inventory discrepancies. Provides first-line technical support for terminal issues, records provisioning activities, and collaborates with logistics, customer operations, and technical support teams. The role combines physical warehouse duties with computer-based administration and basic equipment configuration.
