Develop and qualify sales inquiries, generate new business through cold calling and expos, grow existing customer portfolios, and provide industry expertise to support client growth. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Applications Engineering, Logistics, and Technical Support teams. Report market insights, achievements, and key metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Drive net-new business for payment solutions in the Canadian market through prospecting, channel partnerships, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Build and forecast sales pipelines, exceed quotas, develop merchant and partner relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. The role targets candidates with payments, fintech, SaaS, or technology sales experience and knowledge of ISOs, payment facilitators, agents, and channel partners.

Receive, maintain and dispatch payment terminals and accessories; coordinate inbound/outbound shipments; configure, provision and test terminals; provide first-line technical support; maintain inventory and provisioning records; support merchant activations and implementation projects; liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet SLAs.
