Build and maintain relationships across government agencies, Capitol Hill, think tanks, defense organizations, and industry. Monitor policy, procurement, budget, and personnel developments; synthesize intelligence into actionable leadership briefings; coordinate advisors, lobbyists, and consultants; identify advisory board members, partners, and hires; and spot emerging government opportunities. The role may begin part-time or advisory and is based in Washington, DC, with occasional travel to company headquarters.

Launch high-altitude weather balloons according to safety procedures, meet weekly launch targets, set up and dismantle launch sites, manage balloon and compressed-gas inventory, inspect equipment, report concerns, and work outdoors in changing weather. This part-time, in-person role includes weekend, evening, and occasional weekday shifts in Artigas, Uruguay.
