Designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains software applications. Reviews leave decisions and medical certifications, updates employee records, communicates with employees and management, supports the accommodation interactive process, makes leave and accommodation determinations, maintains compliant documentation, and helps resolve leave-related issues.

Designs, develops, configures, and maintains middleware and integrations connecting applications, systems, and databases. Responsibilities include API and data integration development, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, security governance, production support, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors. The role also participates in on-call support and applies DevOps, Agile, distributed computing, and service-oriented architecture practices.

The Talent Acquisition Partner develops sourcing and recruiting strategies, builds talent pipelines, advises hiring managers, conducts interviews, manages selection and offer processes, coordinates recruiting events, and supports hiring across corporate, distribution, and store locations. The role maintains applicant records, ensures compliance with employment laws, improves recruiting processes, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. Frequent overnight travel and flexible hours are required.
