Provides product and application support for cloud-based business applications. Responsibilities include answering user questions, troubleshooting and configuring applications, managing tickets, documenting solutions, using AI tools to improve support efficiency, identifying recurring issues, supporting releases, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, user empathy, documentation skills, and availability for rotational shifts.

Design polished, intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products. Translate wireframes, user flows, and requirements into high-quality UI designs, reusable components, design systems, and visual guidelines. Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to explore concepts and accelerate iteration. Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams, incorporate feedback and user insights, and maintain visual consistency across devices and screen sizes.
