Manage end-to-end HR operations, including strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS and ATS administration, employee relations, and employer branding. The role partners with senior stakeholders, supports India labor-law compliance, improves HR processes, and collaborates with India- and US-based teams in a fully remote environment.

Designs and develops learning experiences including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, onboarding, product training, job aids, SOPs, and assessments. Manages content from concept through launch and continuous improvement, collaborates with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, and uses AI and modern learning technologies to create effective training for U.S. and international audiences.

Owns end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS, cloud, and AI-powered projects. Defines scope, roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities; coordinates product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams; manages risks and blockers; leads Agile ceremonies; maintains project documentation and status reporting; and ensures accountability, quality, security, and timely execution across shifting priorities.
