Greet visitors, provide friendly first‑point‑of‑contact service, answer enquiries, promote centre services/products, maintain an organised reception area, and support a positive visitor experience.

Lead the Governing Board to set strategic direction and school values, support and challenge the Headteacher, chair termly meetings, ensure statutory oversight (safeguarding, finance, educational performance), build relationships with stakeholders, support governor recruitment and development, attend events/training, and commit time for preparation and regular Headteacher meetings.

Assist the lead coach in delivering safe, engaging gymnastics sessions, support customer service, help grow participation, follow health & safety and safeguarding policies, and pursue CPD and qualification development.
