Provides advice, training, practical support, and behavioral interventions to primary schools supporting learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Builds positive relationships with pupils and school staff, applies SEMH and behavior-support expertise, communicates effectively, works independently, and contributes to a wider Behaviour Support Service team.

Supports children, young people, and families through Wiltshire’s Integrated Front Door. Works with families, schools, SEND teams, and partner agencies to assess strengths and needs, develop family-led early help plans, and connect people with community support. The role requires strong communication, analytical assessment, prioritization, resilience, autonomy, and an operational understanding of children’s services in a busy multi-agency environment.

Leads the Specialist Assessment, Intervention & Family Time Team, overseeing family time services, care proceedings caseworkers, FDAC provision, specialist assessments, and intervention services. Responsible for operational management, strategic development, performance, quality assurance, workforce development, statutory compliance, and service delivery. The role focuses on developing staff, maintaining child-centred practice, and improving outcomes for children, young people, and families.
