Leads digital transformation for the Wiltshire Pension Fund by designing and delivering improvements across business systems, online services, self-service platforms, communications, and customer channels. The role oversees system enhancements, automation, reporting, data quality, cyber security, information governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. It combines strategic planning, business case development, hands-on technical delivery, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and specialist guidance to embed secure and scalable digital practices.

Supports the Headteacher with school budget preparation, management, monitoring, and financial reporting to governors. Maintains day-to-day financial systems, administers personnel processes, completes staff starter and leaver documentation, supports health and safety and medical-needs administration, and oversees GDPR procedures. The role requires strong finance, personnel, communication, organizational, literacy, numeracy, confidentiality, and safeguarding skills in a busy school environment.

Provides confidential administrative and management support to the Bursar across HR, finance, payroll, premises and office operations. Manages recruitment, induction, DBS renewals, HR casework, sickness absence and occupational health processes. Oversees external examinations, including entries, budgets, timetables, invigilators, secure documentation and compliance with examination regulations. The role is based at the Devizes site with occasional travel to Colerne.
