Serve as a strategic partner within Legal Leadership, using data and commercial thinking to influence senior stakeholders, improve performance, manage demand, lead projects, and design service improvements that increase efficiency and outcomes across the council.

Provide social work support to children and families in Wiltshire Council’s Kinship Team. Assess and support kinship foster carers, Special Guardians, and private fostering carers, helping children remain safely connected to family networks. The role includes completing the ASYE programme, receiving regular supervision, and developing professional social work practice through structured training and guidance.

Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, using social media and digital channels to attract talent and strengthen employer branding. Manage recruitment from hiring brief through clearance and onboarding, advise hiring managers, coordinate agency worker placements, negotiate rates, and maintain supplier relationships. Use recruitment data to improve outcomes, support workforce planning, and deliver excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences while driving continuous improvement.
