Owns regional strategy, governance, deployment, support, and continuous improvement for SAP EWM, transportation management, and logistics applications across North American distribution centers. Leads process harmonization, rollout programs, testing, cutovers, stabilization, incident escalation, infrastructure coordination, training, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Manages and develops the regional logistics applications team while representing North America in the global logistics systems organization.

Develops and maintains sales reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools; administers Elastic Suite and CRM systems; supports sales performance, market share, pricing, inventory, and go-to-market initiatives. The role manages SAP cost updates, sales programs, order forms, discontinued merchandise offers, and sales tool implementations while training stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Leads Atomic’s North American digital ecosystem and growth strategy across e-commerce, D2C, CRM, paid digital, affiliate marketing, social media, retail partnerships, and influencer programs. Owns digital calendars, consumer segmentation, site audits, performance reporting, conversion optimization, competitor tracking, and online ambassador development. Collaborates with sales, marketing, commercial, and global teams to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, channel performance, and revenue.
