Supports attorneys and clients on corporate formations, governance, compliance, financings, securities filings, and transactions. Prepares legal documents, board and stockholder consents, filings, due diligence materials, and closing processes. Manages capitalization records and equity administration using platforms such as Carta, Pulley, and Shareworks, including Rule 701 analysis. Maintains corporate records, minute books, and client files while coordinating with clients, investors, directors, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Supports attorneys in complex civil and technology litigation matters by preparing court filings, conducting legal and docket research, managing discovery and eDiscovery vendors, organizing case records, tracking deadlines, and preparing for hearings and trials. The role also involves coordinating with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel, with occasional in-person trial attendance and overtime as needed.

Manage and enhance the firm’s information security systems, threat lifecycle, incident response, risk management, and security technology. Review and investigate security events, coordinate threat mitigation, lead third-party assessments, design scalable security environments, provide security consulting, and support users. The role requires expertise in SIEM, network and endpoint security, cloud technologies, incident response, Linux, and enterprise security controls.
