Supports curriculum alignment matrices, tracks proposal outcomes, documents lessons learned, and collaborates with subject matter experts and internal teams in a deadline-driven environment.

Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, conducts discovery conversations, presents products, manages leads and CRM records, supports quotes and orders, and meets territory sales quotas. The representative collaborates with customer experience teams, maintains a strong opportunity pipeline, tracks performance, resolves customer concerns, and delivers positive customer experiences across California and Texas.
