Open application for multiple full- and part-time roles at Wilson Farm. Candidates may be placed based on interests and availability. Positions require availability for weekends, occasional nights/holidays, and regular lifting (about 40 lbs.). Oversee daily farm operations including crop planning, planting, irrigation, soil management, IPM pest control, harvesting, and recordkeeping. Supervise and schedule farm staff, coordinate with greenhouse and maintenance teams, ensure equipment upkeep, regulatory compliance (USDA, FSMA), and maintain production and pesticide/fertilizer records. Work year-round with seasonal long hours and weekend availability during growing season.

Assist Head Grower with daily greenhouse and nursery production: planting, transplanting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest and disease control, environmental control, record-keeping, soil and fertilizer preparation, irrigation and equipment maintenance. Supervise, train, and coordinate greenhouse crew, provide progress updates, evaluate processes, select and move inventory as directed, and act as Head Grower in their absence.

Support the Cheese Manager running the cheese department: maintain inventory and displays, ensure food safety and product quality, train staff, assist customers with product knowledge and tastings, handle receiving/pricing/labeling, and help implement promotions to meet sales goals.

Provide floral retail customer service by assisting customers with selections, refreshing buckets, maintaining and cleaning displays, following closing protocols, escalating issues, and performing physical tasks (lifting buckets, using cooler). Full-time, in-person role with weekend and holiday schedule requirements.
