Assist the Stage Manager by relaying cues to backstage crews, monitoring backstage activity during rehearsals and performances, attending production meetings and tech rehearsals, supervising children when required, and upholding safety and Park District policies.

Coordinate and supervise after-school enrichment activities, support vendor instructors, maintain attendance and safety, manage snack and arrival/departure procedures, communicate with parents and supervisors, and ensure program quality and compliance with district trainings and safety procedures.

Lead daily operations at an after-school site for K-4, supervise counselors, plan and run age-appropriate activities, manage check-in/out, ensure safety and inclusion, communicate with parents and school staff, maintain supplies and health records, and serve as on-site emergency contact.

Lead daily operation of a before-school program for K-4 students: supervise counselors, manage arrival/attendance/snack/transitions, ensure safety and program quality, communicate with families and school staff, maintain records (e.g., health info in ePACT), and serve as onsite emergency contact.

Support the Site Coordinator in daily operation of the after-school program for K-4, supervise and mentor counselors, lead activities, ensure child safety and ratios, assist with emergency response, communicate with parents and departments, and help organize supplies and special events.

Develop and manage a sponsorship program, secure cash and in-kind sponsors, maintain sponsorship tracking and fulfillment, support event planning and on-site execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing/promotional assets, prepare post-event reports, and represent the Park District at outreach and networking events.

Coordinate rehearsals and backstage operations, maintain production documentation, manage assistant stage managers, call performances and cues, communicate with directors, designers, cast, crew and families, and ensure safe, efficient production runs from pre-production through post-show.

Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of Wilmette Children's Theater productions from auditions through post-show strike: scheduling, communications, volunteer management, safety protocols, production meetings, tech rehearsals, and liaising with Performing Arts staff to ensure organized, safe performances.
