Coordinates food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, prioritizes tickets, inspects presentation and accuracy, communicates dietary requests, monitors ticket times, supports plating, tracks garnishes and condiments, and maintains an organized expediting area. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, composure under pressure, flexibility, and knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety.
