Leads development of moderate-to-large energy and infrastructure projects from early screening through final investment decision. Responsibilities include project team leadership, scope and configuration definition, feasibility analysis, cost and schedule forecasting, project economics, early-stage engineering, vendor and procurement coordination, risk mitigation, and transition into execution. The role requires oil and gas project management experience, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 50% travel.

Senior technical leader responsible for evaluating, designing, upgrading, and analyzing power generation equipment (gas turbines and reciprocating engines). Provide subject-matter expertise on rotating equipment, generator systems (5MW+), controls, vibration and protection systems; lead complex projects, set technical standards, influence leadership, drive reliability improvements, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Develops customer-driven commercial strategies to grow energy revenue, identify new service opportunities, negotiate complex transactions, and manage capacity-related arrangements. The role recommends tariff and policy changes, improves customer capacity and billing systems, leverages pipeline infrastructure, and leads multidisciplinary teams. It also oversees workforce planning and employee development while maintaining strong customer and industry relationships.
