Provide technical leadership and mentor analysts to develop and maintain applications and integrations. Gather requirements, design, code, test, and deploy solutions using SDLC and project management practices. Rapidly prototype lightweight builds, design APIs, adapters, and event-driven workflows, and develop AI-enabled solutions (AI agents, Copilot Studio) to automate and improve operations.

Serve as the liaison between IT and business to gather requirements, design and implement application solutions, manage application budgets, perform UAT, remediate issues via ServiceNow, drive continuous improvement, modernize systems, produce dashboard metrics, and champion AI-first automation opportunities across assigned applications.

Perform and support pipeline operations and facility maintenance: read/interpreting drawings, inspect equipment, maintain records, perform preventative maintenance, analyze operational data, follow permits/compliance, and prioritize safety while working varied shifts and occasional travel.
