Administers and maintains the WellView database supporting drilling, completions, production, and engineering operations. Validates operational data, tracks KPIs, produces reports and dashboards, audits records, manages system access and configuration, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with vendors and IT. Analyzes operational and engineering data to improve decision-making and efficiency, supports cross-functional projects, and mentors technical staff.

As a Staff Engineer in Power Engineering, you will lead large-scale projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct power system analyses, and mentor team members while collaborating on innovative engineering solutions.

Performs basic engineering tasks, technical assignments, presentations, and project-related work supporting company operations. Applies engineering knowledge, safety requirements, organizational procedures, and governing regulations while collaborating across teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with positions ranging from entry-level Engineer I to Engineer III requiring five years of experience. Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are expected.
