Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions for enterprise applications. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, integrate LLMs, deploy cloud-native systems across AWS and Azure, and implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and model versioning. Collaborate with data, platform, backend, product, and architecture teams while supporting production releases, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and responsible AI compliance.

Supports digital marketing, communications, and CRM initiatives through website content updates, SEO, digital campaigns, paid search, social advertising, email marketing, and CRM administration. Creates and monitors Vuture campaigns, maintains InterAction contact records and lists, supports data hygiene and privacy compliance, and produces campaign, event, and engagement reports. The role collaborates with legal, marketing, IT, communications, and external vendors in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to London.

Oversee creative production across print and digital channels, deliver strategic client-focused solutions, and align output with brand and communication objectives. Lead stakeholder relationships, identify business growth opportunities, manage complex projects, ensure quality and accessibility, and provide technical creative leadership. Coach designers, maintain quality control and workflow processes, and support studio governance, resource planning, and billable-work tracking.
