Supports attorneys in general liability and personal injury litigation by managing cases from intake through trial. Responsibilities include organizing and analyzing case materials, drafting legal documents, managing evidence and eDiscovery, preparing deposition and trial exhibits, coordinating clients and experts, maintaining case databases, and tracking billable time. The role requires independent judgment, strong legal knowledge, advanced eDiscovery experience, and at least eight years of litigation paralegal experience.

The Attorney is responsible for drafting legal documents, advising clients, gathering evidence, conducting research, and representing clients in court and administrative agencies. Requires strong communication and organizational skills along with a law degree and at least 5 years of experience.

The Litigation Associate will manage civil litigation cases, prepare legal documents, conduct research, represent clients, and bill a minimum of 1,800 hours annually. Requires travel for depositions and court hearings.
