The role requires interpreting manufacturing requirements, maintaining product safety and quality, collaborating effectively, and meeting physical lifting, pushing, pulling, and grip-strength requirements. Interns must maintain at least 20 hours per week and satisfactory academic progress. U.S. citizenship, technical aptitude, and a high school diploma or GED are required.
