Optimizes and oversees aerospace turbine-engine machining and production processes. Responsibilities include cycle-time analysis, SPC and Six Sigma implementation, quality-system compliance, workflow coordination, equipment troubleshooting, CNC and robotic-system support, corrective actions, material flow improvement, technical training, and verification of heat treatment, pressure testing, and manufacturing standards.

Machining Intern responsible for learning and supporting manufacturing processes while enrolled in a machinist certificate program. The role requires interpreting manufacturing requirements, maintaining product safety and quality, collaborating effectively, and meeting physical lifting, pushing, pulling, and grip-strength requirements. Interns must maintain at least 20 hours per week and satisfactory academic progress. U.S. citizenship, technical aptitude, and a high school diploma or GED are required.
