Teams at Williams Furnace Company

Manages accounts receivable collections, customer invoices, retail deductions, chargebacks, cash application, accounts payable processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Coordinates with internal teams and external customers or vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. Requires accounting experience with big-box retailers, ERP systems, Excel, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.

Lead plant financial operations, including month-end close, product costing, standard costs, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, and GAAP-compliant reporting. Provide financial leadership for manufacturing initiatives, margin analysis, business transformations, risk management, and process improvements. Manage accounting personnel and use financial analytics and digital tools to support operational and strategic decisions.
