Teams at William Osler Health System

Provide patient-centered oncology pharmacy care in an ambulatory clinic: verify medication orders, supervise chemotherapy preparation, educate patients and staff, mentor trainees, support clinic operations, and participate in quality improvement.

Provide diagnostic reporting across high-volume hospital radiology including MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiography and fluoroscopic-guided procedures. May perform body interventional procedures and venous line insertions; cardiac CT/MRI, nuclear medicine and mammography coverage optional. Report inpatient and outpatient studies, cover weekend/evening/late-night shifts across Osler sites, with a mix of on-site and at-home reporting. Hold faculty appointment at affiliated medical school.

Support Women's and Children's Services by leading quality improvement and accreditation initiatives, coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, performing data analysis and chart audits, delivering just-in-time training, and guiding implementation of policies, workflows, and LEAN events to improve patient safety and program performance across multiple sites.
