Leads day-to-day operations for the Clinical Resource Team within a hospital system. Coordinates multicentre oncology clinical trials, including patient screening, recruitment, consent, eligibility verification, treatment scheduling, study procedures, specimen shipping, data entry, adverse-event reporting, source-document maintenance, regulatory compliance, and sponsor communication. Collaborates with investigators, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and diagnostic services while supporting study initiation, monitoring visits, protocol meetings, and ongoing research education.
