Supervise day-to-day circulation and reserve desk operations, train and direct part-time and student staff, process course reserves and serials filing, check out and retrieve materials using the ILS, handle patron inquiries and cash transactions, create reports and maintain procedure documentation, perform shelving and stacks projects, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in staff development and library committees.

Lead major gift fundraising for the Batten School & VIMS: develop strategies, manage a 100–125 prospect portfolio, solicit $50,000+ gifts, collaborate with advancement teams, steward donors, and supervise fundraising staff.

Supervise and perform hands-on garden care and nursery operations, train and manage staff and volunteers, oversee vendors and maintenance, manage plant health and inventories, support long-term garden planning and program development, and ensure equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
