Teach undergraduate and graduate public policy courses in an 18-month, non-tenure-track appointment with a 3-3 teaching load. Responsibilities include teaching introductory and upper-level courses, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence and learner success. Candidates must hold a relevant Ph.D. or terminal degree, or an equivalent master's degree with five years of public policy experience, and have 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.

Mentors high school students by providing academic, personal, and social guidance; fostering inclusion, confidence, goal-setting, college readiness, and self-advocacy. Leads virtual activities, workshops, enrichment, and recreational programming; supervises students, maintains safety, manages conflicts, enforces policies, collaborates with staff, attends required training and meetings, and supports three in-person events.

Provides fiscal, administrative, event, and HR liaison support for university student-affairs units. Tracks budgets, processes purchases, reimbursements, grants, invoices, and travel documents; manages office inventory, supplies, mail, calendars, meetings, and events. Supports student organizations and coordinates event logistics. Handles Workday hiring and personnel transactions, assists with searches, monitors approvals, and educates employees on timesheet procedures.
