Support institutional decision-making by collecting, cleaning, validating, analyzing, and visualizing operational and administrative data. Develop reports, dashboards, and queries, perform data quality assurance, document processes and metadata, and collaborate with units to improve reporting and data governance.

Lead development and execution of executive communications for the Provost, including speeches, executive correspondence, Board materials, digital content, and presentation design. Advise on messaging strategy, manage website governance and digital engagement, coordinate with University Communications and senior leaders, and lead communications for major initiatives. Produce high-quality, audience-centered content and manage multiple high-visibility projects under deadline pressure.

Lead and manage the Internship Funding Program and applied learning initiatives, develop experiential programs and employer partnerships, supervise a team of three professionals, oversee program budget, assessment, and data tracking, coordinate employer outreach and events, and support strategic planning to improve student career outcomes and close equity gaps.
