Provides administrative, fiscal, procurement, and asset-management support for a university School of Education. The role also supports vendors, facilities requests, mail, office supplies, copiers, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal requirements.

The Editor of the William and Mary Quarterly oversees editorial and production aspects, manages peer review, and contributes to academic leadership and mentorship. They are expected to hold a Ph.D., have a strong scholarly background, and maintain an active research agenda.

Leads Atlantic menhaden field surveys and tagging operations, including vessel-based sampling, biological data collection, and equipment preparation. Processes fish hard parts and stomachs in the laboratory for age and diet analysis. Writes or modifies data-analysis programs, contributes to reports, manuscripts, grants, and budget tracking, supervises staff, maintains equipment, and supports fisheries monitoring projects.
