Develop and manage local strategic partnerships and pipelines (businesses, community colleges, churches, nonprofits) to drive prospective student recruiting and enrollment. Conduct market research, outreach, and event planning; liaise with partners and Admissions; support strategic planning and enrollment initiatives.

Part-time analyst who maintains CRM and CAMS data, supports enrollment and budget forecasting, creates real-time and historical reports, monitors data quality, identifies process improvements, trains/supervises student workers, and supports recruiting/marketing activities and website content updates in coordination with Marketing.

Lead Recruitment-Enrollment Advisor recruits and guides adult students through admissions, manages CRM records, coordinates outreach and marketing, analyzes enrollment data, supports orientation, and meets recruitment targets through events and community partnerships.

Lead implementation of Curricular Practical Training (CPT) for the I-MBA, build employer relationships to create CPT/internship/full-time opportunities across San Jose campus programs, serve as Designated School Official ensuring F-1/M-1 SEVIS compliance, collaborate with advisors and career staff, and facilitate cross-departmental data sharing to support student career development.
