Recruits undergraduate and transfer students within an assigned territory, builds relationships with schools and community organizations, communicates with prospective students, hosts campus visits, supports recruitment events, maintains student records in TargetX, manages travel activities, and guides applicants through enrollment until initial registration.

Provides operational and technical support for online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced instruction. Maintains learning-management course environments, configures virtual sessions, supports digital assessments and secure testing, and troubleshoots access and platform issues. Develops technology orientations and support resources for faculty, students, and staff, documents resolutions, coordinates with academic and IT partners, and recommends process improvements. The role requires on-campus work, occasional work outside standard hours, and travel to institutional sites for orientations.
