Senior HR Generalist responsible for benefits administration, HRIS management, reporting, and workforce metrics. Provide employee relations support, ensure compliance, lead open enrollment, manage enrollments/COBRA, partner with leaders, brokers, Payroll and IT, and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience from hire to retire.

Lead and own the firm's marketing strategy and creative direction. Plan and execute advertising, media buys, digital and social presence, branding, campaigns, vendor/agency management, budgets and ROI. Develop reporting dashboards, analyze performance, and support community engagement, events, PR, and referral development.
