Leads global workforce planning, personnel expense forecasting, compensation governance, salary benchmarking, pay reviews, bonus plans, benefits, mobility, and payroll oversight. Partners with Finance, HR, business leaders, and service providers to establish governance, improve controls, support pay-transparency readiness, and deliver workforce-cost reporting and reward-related systems initiatives. Provides data-driven advice to senior stakeholders across a complex, global organization.

Build and maintain Nordic customer relationships, provide commercial and technical product guidance, convert inquiries into sales opportunities, promote relevant solutions, resolve complaints, process high-value orders, and collaborate across teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. The role also includes customer follow-up, data-informed commercial decisions, and participation in a duty phone rotation three to four days monthly.

Provides administrative and operational support to sales teams by maintaining customer, vessel, and contract data; coordinating credit checks, compliance screening, contract processes, CRM usage, sales initiatives, meetings, events, communications, and customer presentations. The role also supports customer analysis, business reviews, supplier forms, and portal registrations while collaborating with sales, marketing, credit, operations, and governance teams.
