Manage end-to-end import/export freight forwarding, customs clearing and maritime logistics across containerized, bulk, breakbulk and liquid bulk cargo. Use Cargo Wise to register shipments, prepare customs entries and documentation, coordinate vessel schedules, inspections, transport and bonded/cross-border movements, resolve operational queries, process invoices, and produce operational reports.

Own and manage Docmap and related HSEQ applications, driving roadmap, governance, and vendor engagement. Improve workflows, data quality, automation, and stakeholder collaboration across regions to deliver scalable HSEQ system solutions.
