Processes accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, bank statement matching, payment posting, account reconciliation, customer statement reconciliation, reporting, and audit support. Maintains process documentation, supports month- and year-end closing, resolves discrepancies, contributes to transitions and system improvements, and communicates with internal departments, customers, and suppliers. Requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency with enterprise accounting systems.

Provide first-line technical support for vessel Planned Maintenance Systems, troubleshoot stakeholder issues, maintain and validate PMS databases, standardize spare-parts and maintenance data, and support migrations and continuous improvement projects. Review technical documentation, perform bulk data updates, prepare Excel reports, analyze PMS data, and deliver customer service to vessel and shore-based stakeholders.
