Manage the overall business and daily operations of an adventure park, including guest experience, safety and risk standards, staffing, training, budgeting, payroll, reporting, sales, marketing, and community business development. Lead and develop a 25-plus-person team, resolve guest concerns, drive revenue and profitability, maintain regulatory compliance, and execute company standards and network initiatives.

Develop local business relationships, drive repeat and new business, oversee service standards, resolve guest concerns, execute company initiatives, and deliver performance reporting against operational and financial KPIs.
