Manage and grow channel partner relationships with VARs, systems integrators, and MSPs across the US. Drive recurring revenue, upsells, partner sales performance, onboarding, territory planning, co-op marketing, pipeline management, and sales coaching. Conduct partner education and training, identify performance gaps, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and travel regularly for business needs.

Build and ship production AI agents and the platform supporting them, including workflows, tools, connectors, orchestration, observability, evaluations, and monitoring. Develop Node.js/TypeScript services on AWS and user interfaces for configuring and testing agents. Integrate LLM, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech providers while optimizing reliability, latency, cost, privacy, and security. Contribute to product discovery, architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement in a remote engineering team.

Drive regional channel marketing strategy, partner engagement, demand generation, pipeline growth, and MRR growth. Responsibilities include developing co-marketing campaigns, supporting partner onboarding and enablement, managing events and webinars, creating localized content, overseeing budgets, tracking ROI, and collaborating with Sales and Global Marketing. The role requires strong B2B marketing, channel-partner, revenue-focused, communication, stakeholder management, and performance-measurement skills.
