Lead and optimize sales operations for a partner-led UCaaS business: forecasting, pipeline analysis, KPI reporting, process and compensation design, partner program support, data quality, and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows to drive revenue and reduce churn.

Lead end-to-end design for AI Agents within a UCaaS product: research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design-system maintenance in Figma. Conduct user research, iterate on designs, provide developer reviews, and shape product strategy through competitor research and design documentation.
