Design and develop multi-position electromechanical assemblies for aerospace robotics. Perform system and detailed mechanical design, analyses, CAD modeling, drawing creation, manufacturing support, documentation, and production support across the product lifecycle.

Lead Wilder's robotics software technical strategy and architecture, make long-horizon architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, remain hands-on for hard prototypes and fielded problems, and align engineering direction with company goals.

Own test strategy and automation for a robotics system. Design and build automated test frameworks, run manual and on-hardware tests, troubleshoot software-hardware integration, produce release notes, and mentor junior test engineers while collaborating with robotics software and hardware teams.

Design and develop mechanical products and tooling from requirements through production. Produce CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform mechanical analyses and trade studies, support fabrication and assembly, create documentation (BOMs, work instructions), and present designs to stakeholders. Provide manufacturing and QA support for robotics and automation products.

Lead day-to-day accounting and month-end close; produce GAAP financial statements; manage auditors and PBC schedules; enforce internal controls; oversee AP/AR/payroll; drive budgeting, variance analysis, process improvements, technical accounting, and lead the accounting team.

Lead government sales and business development targeting US DoD customers (USAF, Navy, Army). Develop and execute strategic sales plans, pursue new opportunities, manage key accounts, build partner relationships, report performance, coordinate with marketing and product teams, represent the company at events, and ensure adherence to sales policies.

Translate customer requirements into deployable robotic applications, integrate sensors and motion systems, develop and run test protocols, validate on hardware, deliver customer training, and iterate on field feedback using CAD and metrology principles.

Lead mechanical design and R&D for aerospace robotic systems, define technical vision and standards, mentor engineers, manage projects, ensure manufacturability and customer engagement.

Design, architect, and implement control hardware and electrical systems for robotic automation. Responsibilities include cabinet and safety system design, PLC/HMI and robot programming, VFD and motor configuration, documentation (BOMs, schematics), supplier RFPs, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production-ready systems.

Lead day-to-day accounting and monthly close, prepare GAAP financial statements, manage GL and reconciliations, liaise with external auditors, enforce internal controls, oversee AP/AR/payroll, support tax and FP&A, and drive process improvements.

Support and maintain the QMS and AS9100 compliance, perform internal/customer audits, resolve production quality issues, lead root-cause investigations (5 Why, 8D), support FAIs (AS9102), manage supplier/customer quality, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and ensure product conformity.

Design and develop mechanical systems and parts for robotic/aerospace applications using CAD. Create detailed drawings, BOMs, work orders, and documentation; support manufacturing, assembly, QA, and production; perform calculations and analyses to inform design decisions; collaborate across teams to move products to production.

Design and develop electrical and control systems for robotic automation: select hardware, create schematics and BOMs, program PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and robots, configure networking and safety, collaborate with mechanical team, test systems, and produce documentation and SOPs for deployment.
