Leads commercial strategy and sales growth across Southeast Asia for entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands. Oversees licensing and retail strategies, manages category accounts and sales teams, develops licensee and retailer partnerships, negotiates agreements, drives revenue forecasts, coordinates marketing and retail activities, conducts business reviews, and identifies new market opportunities. The role also supervises contract realization, supports team development, gathers market intelligence, and represents the company at trade fairs.

Coordinates sales meetings, inquiries, travel and events while supporting content distribution, licensing deals, reporting, forecasting and revenue tracking. Creates rights availability reports, client presentations, newsletters and sales materials, using Excel, PowerPoint, FilmTrack and Mailchimp. Collaborates with legal, rights, franchise, content and sales teams to advance deals, maintain accurate records and improve sales processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, writing and cross-functional coordination skills.

Leads WildBrain’s global tax function across Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and Europe. Owns direct tax compliance, transfer pricing, IFRS tax accounting, provisions, disclosures, governance, audits, and strategic tax planning. Advises executives on entity structure, financing, M&A, reorganizations, cash repatriation, legislative changes, and production tax credits. Manages one direct report and external advisors while improving tax processes within a public-company SOX and NI 52-109 control environment.
