Lead end-to-end hardlines product development for WildBrain IP in China: set product strategy and roadmaps, manage concept-to-mass-production workflows (costing, CMF, prototyping, tooling, packaging, compliance), align licensees and factories, run stage-gate governance, apply 3D and real-time creative tools for visualization, and ensure on-time commercial launches while maintaining brand integrity and quality standards.
