Administer Windows and macOS systems, identity platforms, networks, endpoints, NAS storage, cloud services, and creative production infrastructure. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, manage onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot Adobe and 3D production tools, maintain documentation and inventory, monitor system health, and support workstation, server, and software deployments. The role is fully onsite in Culver City, with occasional weekend maintenance and after-hours support responsibilities.

Develop social and integrated brand strategies for a sports merchandise and apparel account. Create briefs, platform-native concepts, paid social recommendations, influencer strategies, and content guidance. Own reporting across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, translating performance data into client-ready insights and creative recommendations. Manage publishing, attribution tracking, paid budgets, and creator content coordination while supporting Los Angeles events and activations.

The role involves leading the design and animation of motion graphics for various entertainment marketing campaigns, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality visual storytelling from concept to delivery.
