Manages agricultural channel partner sales across Florida by generating demand for branded products, growing an established book of business, providing pricing guidance, and supporting forecasting and margin goals. Develops sales materials, conducts dealer and grower meetings, communicates product positioning, and collaborates on marketing programs. Requires strong agronomic and plant nutrition expertise, sales leadership, data-informed planning, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Supports credit portfolio management for large agricultural accounts by analyzing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, credit reports, industry trends, and repayment capacity. Provides underwriting recommendations, conducts credit reviews, performs lien priority analysis, drafts security agreements and UCC-1 filings, supports collections and asset discovery, and maintains compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. Collaborates with Credit Managers and cross-functional partners while managing financial reporting, data analysis, and accounts receivable activities.

Participate in a 12-week IT internship supporting business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, technical support, and digital transformation initiatives. Assist with implementations, system and data analysis, process improvement, user support, documentation, research, and cross-functional problem solving. Interns will develop technical and business skills, receive mentorship, and present project learnings to leadership through a final PowerPoint presentation.
