Lead troubleshooting and RCA across wired, wireless and WAN infrastructure, deliver complex implementations and migrations, mentor L2 engineers, develop operational standards and automation, work with vendors and suppliers, and drive continual service improvement.

Lead and deliver large, multi-site IT and telecom projects from initiation to close. Manage and mentor project managers, coordinate stakeholders, track costs and SLAs, improve processes, ensure documentation and quality, and maintain customer relationships with regular UK client visits.
