Designs, develops, installs, troubleshoots, and maintains electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include CAD documentation, parts procurement, equipment startup, maintenance support, project implementation, safety and regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, record keeping, and continuous improvement focused on quality, efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction. The role is fully on-site in Duncansville, Pennsylvania.

Leads the plant’s end-to-end supply chain, including production and material planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance. Establishes inventory strategies, mitigates supply risks, drives Lean and cost-reduction initiatives, monitors KPIs, and develops planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams. Partners cross-functionally to balance demand, capacity, service, cost, and working capital.
