Design and lead HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient mechanical systems for commercial buildings. Provide technical oversight, quality control, code compliance, client coordination, project planning, and mentoring for junior engineers. Collaborate across disciplines, support budgeting and scheduling, and contribute to engineering standards. Requires mechanical engineering education, commercial HVAC design experience, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC software, and preferably a PE license.

Serves as the office’s first point of contact by managing reception, calls, visitors, mail, packages, supplies, equipment, correspondence, filing, invoices, meetings, and general administrative tasks. Supports project managers with project setup, tracking, timesheets, invoicing, documentation, amendments, and closeout activities. Maintains a professional, organized office environment and provides responsive internal and external customer service.

Engineering interns will gain hands-on experience contributing to real-world projects across Minnesota and North Dakota.
