Serve as the Chief Delivery Officers strategic partner to run operating rhythms, build executive dashboards, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, coordinate operational readiness for clients and acquisitions, remove execution roadblocks, apply process-improvement methods to scale delivery, support workforce planning and governance, and drive KPI-based decision-making across the Delivery organization.

Lead the Connect For Life program by planning and hosting virtual and in-person events, conduct proactive outreach and home visits, document member interactions, recruit community ambassadors, connect members to health plan resources, meet engagement and attendance goals, and manage reporting and time-tracking.

Lead Wider Circles Connect For Life program by planning and hosting virtual and in-person events, conducting outreach and one-on-one home visits, enrolling and engaging members, documenting interactions, identifying community leaders, and liaising with health plans to support members' care. Track metrics, meet engagement goals, and travel locally to build and sustain community connections.
