Facilitate live remote onboarding for healthcare and non-clinical frontline staff. Deliver curriculum covering patient interactions, health assessments, workflows, technology systems, HIPAA, and escalation processes. Lead role-plays, coach participants, grade assessments, manage cohort logistics and records, coordinate with hiring managers, and identify improvements to training materials. Support additional onboarding programs as business needs evolve.
