Sell pre-owned luxury vehicles from lead generation through delivery. Provide exceptional customer service, conduct walk-arounds and test drives, negotiate pricing, assist with financing/leasing, maintain product knowledge and CRM records, meet sales quotas, and build long-term customer relationships.

Manage and train a pre-owned vehicle sales team, oversee inventory and appraisals, hit daily sales and follow-up metrics, set team goals, schedule staff, support store operations, and optimize vehicle turn and profitability.

Sell vehicles and finance products, assist with finance delivery, review sales figures, arrange customer financing, sell add-on products (extended service plans, GAP), and support closing deals to generate revenue for the dealership.
