The Pit Boss oversees casino game operations, supervises dealers, ensures compliance with standards, provides performance feedback, and participates in new team member training.

Own and maintain the Belgrade office IT infrastructure: hardware, networking, servers, user accounts, VPN/remote access. Act as vendor liaison, troubleshoot issues, onboard/offboard employees, document systems, and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
