Oversees high-quality local and investigative reporting across broadcast and digital platforms, promotes innovation and audience growth, develops newsroom processes and contingency plans, and supports station-wide priorities, fundraising, community engagement, and public-service goals.

The role manages newsroom operations, develops staff, ensures accurate and ethical multiplatform journalism, builds community relationships, and drives continuous improvement and audience engagement.

Manage CRM systems and digital fundraising tools, ensure data integrity, lead multichannel digital fundraising campaigns, execute segmentation and automation, produce analytics and reports, coordinate cross-team campaign operations, train staff, and drive donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
