Manage full-cycle recruitment for Brewistas, new store opening teams, and Stand Managers. Responsibilities include creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring-manager feedback, managing candidate communications, maintaining ATS records and recruitment reports, assisting with offers, and building talent pipelines. The role is remote-first with up to 50% travel, including onsite interviews and orientations, and may require weekend and holiday availability.
