Own the finance and accounting function, including monthly close, financial reporting, inventory and fixed-asset accounting, budgeting, controls, payroll, tax compliance, audit readiness, and AP/AR operations. Manage internal accountants and outsourced providers while partnering with operations, supply chain, and product teams on financially significant initiatives. Build scalable processes and support accounting-system implementation or migration.

Own and operate the finance and accounting function: month-end close and reporting, inventory and fixed-asset accounting, budgeting and financial modeling, controls and compliance, payroll and tax filings, managing in-house and outsourced accounting teams, and partnering cross-functionally to assess financial impacts of operations, pricing, launches, and vendor/warehouse processes.

Represent the company in Philadelphia to prospect, engage, and sell e-bike products and rentals to delivery workers. Perform presentations and demos, build client relationships, track market trends, meet sales targets, and manage leads independently to drive sales and referrals.
