Responsible for accounting operations for assigned entities, including journal entries, monthly and annual close, GAAP financial statements, reconciliations, tax filings, alternative investment activity, K-1 reviews, invoices, payments, budgets, and audit support. The role also involves communicating financial results to clients and management, coordinating with tax advisors and external accountants, maintaining intercompany balances, and supporting client relationships.

Supports Client Advisors with trust and investment account management, transaction coordination, asset transfers, beneficiary payment calculations, tax-related information, client records, reporting, presentations, and business development materials. The role requires strong client service, communication, organization, attention to detail, basic financial calculations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides end-user help desk support and maintains the Newport office’s workstations, servers, networking equipment, applications, and Microsoft 365 environment. Administers accounts, permissions, security controls, patching, software deployment, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and ITSM systems. Owns technical projects, improves business and IT processes, and escalates security incidents. Requires occasional travel to San Diego and offers growth opportunities in cybersecurity, Azure, automation, and integrations.
