Manages day-to-day nursing operations for a 20-bed transitional care unit under the Chief Nursing Officer. Oversees nursing staff, patient care management, professional standards, personnel development, supplies, equipment, and unit safety. Requires an active Massachusetts RN license, BSN, BLS/ACLS certification, and preferred SNF and supervisory experience.

Operate the cafeteria cash register, prepare and serve food areas, maintain clean seating and serving spaces, follow DPH and Infection Control sanitation guidelines, set up/break down food areas, track supplies and reconcile daily receipts.

Performs a variety of radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic images. Prepares procedure rooms, follows radiation safety, operates imaging equipment, and assists with clerical, transport, and ancillary department duties. Flexible scheduling for per-diem coverage required.
