Serve as strategic HR business partner to assigned departments, advise leaders on organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and change management. Use HR data to identify risks and recommend equitable solutions, support learning and development, coach managers, implement HR programs, and contribute to policy updates and cross-departmental initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Lead and manage the Patron Programs team to meet annual revenue targets by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth donors and patron groups; set strategy, oversee program performance and calendar, collaborate across museum teams, use prospect data to advance donors, and support donor events and reporting.

The Major Gifts Officer manages a donor portfolio, develops strategies for fundraising, engages high-net-worth donors, and collaborates across departments to enhance philanthropic support for the museum.
