Provide administrative and operational support for the Corporate Membership and Partnerships program, including communications, renewals, invoicing, benefit tracking, event logistics, database management, stewardship, and grant/report tracking to support growth, retention, and engagement goals.

Paid, semester-long undergraduate/graduate internship supporting Access Programs. Interns assist with access services for disabled visitors, prepare logistics and forms for tours, support programs, and complete a research project related to access initiatives. Includes training, professional development, and hybrid onsite work (16–21 hours/week over 10–12 weeks).

Lead and manage the Patron Programs team to meet annual revenue targets by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth donors and patron groups; set strategy, oversee program performance and calendar, collaborate across museum teams, use prospect data to advance donors, and support donor events and reporting.
