The Major Gifts Assistant provides administrative support to Major Gift Officers, organizes donor meetings, drafts communications, and maintains donor databases.

Paid semester-long legal internship supporting the Office of General Counsel. Duties include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting IP and policy legal research, supporting compliance and policy updates, and preparing legal memoranda under supervision. Designed for J.D. students seeking museum and nonprofit legal experience.

Paid Fall 2026 semester internship in the Whitney's Education Department supporting K-12 programs: prepare supplies, assist freelance educators with school tours and virtual programs, help with research and data collection, create educator resources, support professional development events, and assist with calendar/website/mailing list management. In-person availability Monday–Friday required; undergraduates (not freshmen) eligible. Stipend $3,000.
