Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and data warehouses (Snowflake, MySQL, SQL Server). Implement workflow orchestration (Airflow), data quality, security, and CI/CD. Partner with analysts and tech teams, troubleshoot systems, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to shape long-term data strategy.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to build financial models, forecasts, and budgets; analyze performance and variance; support site selection, acquisitions, and due diligence; create KPI dashboards and executive reporting; and improve reporting through automation and AI to inform strategic decisions.

Provide fast-paced, customer-facing service at a car wash: greet customers, sell wash packages/memberships, guide vehicles, perform basic equipment checks, keep site clean, work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
