Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies approvals and purchasing card transactions, prepares payment runs, reconciles vendor accounts, maintains AP aging reports, and supports month-end close. Communicates with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, assists with vendor setup, maintains IRS and audit compliance, and identifies opportunities to improve AP automation and processes.

Provides phone, email, and online support for customer memberships, billing, accounts, and service questions. Researches concerns, explains solutions, partners with store and corporate teams, identifies customer feedback trends, and meets response-time goals. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, technology skills, and willingness to learn.
