Owns international People Operations processes, including employee documentation, HRIS data maintenance, benefits administration, HR reporting, internal People communications, and employee lifecycle support. The role also improves and automates HR processes, explores practical AI applications, maintains accurate policies and records, and supports cross-functional People projects in a remote, multicultural organization.

Design and improve FinTech products across desktop and mobile, including complex user flows, dashboards, forms, interfaces, prototypes, and responsive experiences. Own designs from problem definition through implementation review, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and develop large-scale design systems with components, variants, tokens, patterns, and documentation. Use AI tools to automate routine design workflows while maintaining strong UX, UI, accessibility, and quality standards.

Lead business analysis strategy and execution across fintech products, partnering with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and priorities. Manage and mentor a 10–12-person Business Analysis team, allocate resources, track delivery progress, and adjust roadmaps. Translate business and user needs into actionable requirements while collaborating with product and technical teams. The role also requires experience with UI/UX, APIs, SQL, data visualization, Agile methodologies, and desktop and mobile platforms.
