Lead mapping and documentation of end-to-end operational processes, design and build standardised workflows and no-code automations, administer Slack/Notion, ensure data hygiene across Scoro/HubSpot/staffing trackers, produce KPI and utilisation reports, and support rollout of new operational platforms to scale the operating model.

Own incident and issue management for digital products: manage tickets and SLAs, coordinate engineering triage and resolutions, communicate with stakeholders and clients, maintain documentation and runbooks, monitor performance, support releases, and improve support processes and metrics.

Act as the technical bridge between engineering, ops, and users to investigate, reproduce, and resolve application incidents. Analyze logs, APIs and databases, support releases, monitor application health, manage escalations, document root causes, and drive reliability improvements across environments.
